Distinct from Max (Marx) Oppenheimer (1880–1942) of the Gemmingen branch.

His branch settled in Heilbronn — the town the Stammbaum gives for its co-dedicator 'Dr. jur. Eugen Oppenheimer Heilbronn'. That makes this the most promising line in which to look for the chronicle's author, though no Adolph appears among his children.
Geni names his wife Henriette; the chart was read as 'Jeanette Mayer'. Jeanette and Henriette are variants of the same name and these are very probably one woman, but the surname Mayer is attested only by the chart.
